Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, promotional events, inventory checks, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to available destinations shown at checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination address, product type, carrier restrictions, and applicable shipping rules.

If your location is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to your address.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination, shipping method, carrier service, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available for your shipment.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first for the most current delivery information. You may also contact us, and we will assist where possible.

Mirellia is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced after delivery, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your destination country or region. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Mirellia is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

9. Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, package size, or carrier requirements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be shipped due to carrier restrictions, regulatory requirements, address issues, suspected fraud, or other operational limitations.
