At Mirellia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed at mirellia.shop.

3. How to Request a Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Mirellia is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier.
5. Refunds

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.
